Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to the WakeFlow website, beta waitlist, and iPhone application. By using WakeFlow, you agree to these Terms.

Effective date: September 8, 2026

The beta service

WakeFlow is an early, experimental product designed to help users stand up and complete a short movement routine after an alarm. Features, compatibility, availability, and reliability may change as the beta develops. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or a particular release date.

Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping access to your account or sign-in method secure. You may not use WakeFlow if you are not legally able to agree to these Terms. If you use WakeFlow on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

Permissions and safe use

WakeFlow may request access to the camera, notifications, alarms, and other iPhone capabilities needed for its routines. You choose whether to grant those permissions. Keep a conventional backup alarm while testing the beta, do not use WakeFlow while driving or in another hazardous situation, and stop a routine if movement causes pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

No medical advice or guarantee

WakeFlow is an accountability and habit-support tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional care. WakeFlow does not guarantee that you will wake up, stay awake, complete a routine, or achieve a particular health or performance result.

Acceptable use

  • Do not interfere with or try to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute the service except where applicable law permits it.
  • Do not submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful material through WakeFlow.
  • Do not use the service to misrepresent your identity or to violate another person’s rights.

Ownership and feedback

WakeFlow and its software, text, branding, and other content are owned by Doron Elisha or the applicable rights holder. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service during the beta. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it to operate and improve WakeFlow without owing you compensation, while keeping personal information subject to the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

WakeFlow may depend on Apple, Firebase, authentication providers, hosting providers, or other third-party services. Those services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability limits, and account requirements. We are not responsible for services that are controlled by third parties.

Availability and liability

The beta is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that WakeFlow will always be available, uninterrupted, accurate, secure, or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, Doron Elisha will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the beta. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of WakeFlow, including the beta, at any time. We may suspend access for misuse, security reasons, or a breach of these Terms. You may stop using WakeFlow at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue will survive termination.

General terms

These Terms and the Privacy Policy describe the current agreement between you and WakeFlow about the beta. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. No specific governing jurisdiction is stated here; mandatory rights and protections that apply to you remain unaffected.
