A note from the founder
I built WakeFlow because I needed a gentler start.
I spent long hours at a computer, promising myself I would stretch—but I kept putting it off. Eventually, my body made it clear I could not keep ignoring long periods of stillness.
Now I start and end my day with gentle stretches, and use small movement breaks to interrupt the routine of sitting.
WakeFlow grew from that practice: an invitation to make a little space for your body and mind, and to begin each day with movement that feels possible.
A personal story, not medical advice. Move in a way that feels safe for you.
